Ladele, McFarlane and Chaplin: Appeals Rejected by the ECtHR

The European Court of Human Rights has today rejected the requests by Ladele, Mcfarlane and Chaplin, to have their cases heard in the Court's final court of appeal, the Grand Chamber. The cases therefore will progress no further.
